BRONZE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (Subject to Survey) Annual Maintenance Visit - £40 Callouts (24hr coverage) - £40/Call Out(during normal working hours-8.30am to 5pm Monday-Friday) £50/Calll Out(all other times including Bank Holidays and Weekends) All parts & labour required will be charged. Each maintenance visit includes a thorough check of the location and operation of all equipment, flexible connections, power supplies and external audible devices, in case of deterioration. Plus a full operational test of the system as per European Standard PD6662/EN50131 requirements. On new installations any repairs/parts and labour are covered for the first twelve months under Warranty. Key Holder Register; Arundel Alarms will keep computer records of your key holders names and telephone numbers but it remains your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your key holders.

GOLD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (Subject to Survey) Includes; Callouts (24hr coverage) Annual Maintenance Visit Warranty on all Alarm Parts Each maintenance visit includes a thorough check of the location and operation of all equipment, flexible connections, power supplies and external audible devices, in case of deterioration. Plus a full operational test of the system as per European Standard PD6662/EN50131 requirements. The agreement is for a minimum of 12 months. This agreement is subject to a charge of £160 per annum payable in advance. This agreement can be terminated at any time after the first 12 months on receipt of your written instructions. Key Holder Register; Arundel Alarms will keep computer records of your key holders names and telephone numbers but it remains your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your key holders. No additional charge is made for this service.

Key Holder Service;
For our intruder alarm system customers, we can also provide a key holder service. Your keys will be held under a coded number in a secure cabinet and are only used if we are called out to an alarm activation at your property whilst you are away, or at your express instruction. An annual charge of £10 is made for this key holding service. This charge will be added to either your annual service or monitoring charge, as applicable.

Not Included;
Lightening damage and/or acts of God
User changeable batteries e.g. wireless alarm detectors, radio panic buttons and infra-red key fobs
Line faults/failures caused by all communication paths including radio based signalling
Parts coverage of obsolete control equipment that is no longer manufactured
User errors, accidental damage or additional customer training
Third party caused damage e.g. builders, vandalism
Parts not originally installed by Arundel Alarms
Rodent and cable damage
Supply of additional tags and programming of new codes
System alterations or enhancements - reprogramming system, moving sensors, disconnections and reconnections etc.
